Online Kids Academy Teacher Agreement
1. Position and Responsibilities
As a teacher at Online Kids Academy, you will be responsible for
delivering high-quality English language instruction to students through
our online platform. You agree to maintain professional standards and
provide engaging, educational content.
2. Schedule and Availability
You will maintain a regular teaching schedule as agreed upon with the
academy. Any schedule changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in
advance.
3. Compensation
Compensation will be based on the agreed rate per session. Payment will
be processed monthly through our designated payment system.
4. Professional Conduct
You agree to maintain professional conduct at all times, including
appropriate dress, language, and behavior during all interactions with
students and staff.
5. Confidentiality
You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding student information and
academy operations. No personal information may be shared outside the
academy.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice.
The academy reserves the right to terminate immediately for violations
of this agreement.
7. Technology Requirements
You are responsible for maintaining reliable internet connection and
appropriate teaching equipment as specified by the academy.
By accepting this contract, you acknowledge that you
have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions
outlined above.
